EVANSVILLE, IN July 22, 2009 – United Components, Inc. will report financial results for the second quarter of 2009 on Monday August 17, 2009. Following the earnings release, the Company will conduct its quarterly conference call for investors and other interested parties on Tuesday August 18, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
