EVANSVILLE, IN, July 19, 2006 – United Components Inc announces the appointment of Phil Kasper as Canadian Sales Manager. Prior to joining UCI, Phil was National Accounts Manager for Affinia (Dana) Canada for 12 years. Additionally, Phil managed a district with CANOX, as well as supported customers while with Cummins.
Curtis Draper, VP of Sales and Marketing at UCI stated, “Phil has extensive knowledge of the Canadian Aftermarket and has lived in various regions of the country for over 15 years. He will play an important role in supporting our very important customers in Canada.” In this new position, Phil, who resides in Ontario, will be representing the individual business units under the UCI banner. They include; Airtex, LLC, ASC Industries, Champion Labratories Inc, and Wells Manufacturing, United Components, Inc. is among North America’s largest and most diversified companies servicing the vehicle replacement parts market. We supply a broad range of products to the automotive, trucking, marine, mining, construction, agricultural and industrial vehicle markets.
