EVANSVILLE, IN April 21, 2006 – United Components, Inc. will report financial results for the first quarter of 2006 on Wednesday May 3, 2006. Following the earnings release, the Company will conduct its quarterly conference call for investors and other interested parties on Thursday May 4, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
